Join us for our Christmas Concert, with special guests, Roade Primary School Choir.
Roade Community Orchestra have played for the residents of Richmond Retirement Village in Grange Park. The orchestra is given a really warm welcome by the residents and the orchestra looks forward to playing for them again.
Our Christmas concert will be on Tuesday 13th December 2022. Please do save the date as this will be an unmissable concert.
We are excited to welcome you back to our summer concert this year. We have a great repertoire of music to share along with refreshments and a raffle.
We were delighted to be asked back to play at this fabulous summer fete again this year. The weather was certainly in our favour on the day.
On the 21st June 2019, Roade Community Orchestra took part in Towcester’s annual music festival for the first time. They shared a concert with Greens Norton Community Choir. The evening was a great success and the orchestra has been invited back to play again next year.
In July 2018 Roade Community Orchestra performed at St James the Great Church , Hanslope with guests Hartwell school junior orchestra and “Jinx” vocal group. Performing in the church was a new experience for RCO and greatly enjoyed by all.
Members of the Roade Community Orchestra’s brass and woodwind sections have for many years taken part in the Carols in the Cloisters at Joy Mead Gardens, Farthingstone, Northants. A wonderful start to the Christmas seasons.
Each June Roade Community Orchestra have been invited to play at The Old Rectory in Maidford as part of the village fete celebrations. This wonderful location provides a beautiful setting for live music.
